International visit to Japan

It is with great pleasure that the YSSKWU-UK can announce another international visit to the birth of our artform. In March 2026 we will be going to Japan once again. We will land in Osaka (大阪市) and be staying Sannomiya (三宮) which is a district of Kobe (神戸).

There will be Karate based events and seminars led by Sensei Kamohara (10th Dan - Hanshi) and Sensei Denis Casey (9th Dan - Hanshi) and others.

There will of course be plenty of sightseeing and recreational activities planned. There will most likely be a welcome dinner and the obligatory Sayōnara (さようなら) dinner also.

Exact details and more information will follow as we get from Japan in due course.

If you would like to join us on this once in a lifetime visit, please inform your club instructor.

This isn't one to be missed.

Many Thanks

YSSKWU-UK Exec
